BRUSSELS MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCE AND SPA DAY!

 We woke up and started our adventure with pastries!  Jonah’s was as big as his head!

August had the most delicious pink sprinkled donut in all of Brussels!  It was definitely the perfect start of the day! 

 The train ride was amazing as well (especially in the eyes of a five-year-old and a two-year-old with suckers!

We arrived at the Museum and immediately fell in love with all the dinosaurs!

August was primed to learn something he didn’t already know about dinosaurs (if that is even possible)!

Jonah measured up,

while August posed in front of Didi’s favorite—a turtle!

The dinosaur exhibit was AMAZING, to say the least!

The next part of the museum was dedicated to “amnals”—Jonah’s FAVORITE!  August had a million questions—thank goodness Chloe was there to answer them!

To say Jonah was in hog heaven was an understatement!  And man, did he know his “amnals”!

All in all, the museum was a BIG win!  Dinos and gemstones and insects for August and “amnals” for Jonah!  DiDi was happy to simply watch the enthusiasm of her grandsons!

We bid good-bye and made our way to the train station for the ride back to the Airbnb.  Happy to report the duck taped stroller wheel worked perfectly the entire day!

Meanwhile, the big boys woke up and enjoyed breakfast 

before driving to SPA!

Jonathan got the true SPA experience and got to race around the track!  He loved it!

John, Jon and Jason got to tour the track!

We all met back at the house, walked to dinner and came back to the Airbnb.  Some read books, some played with “amnals,” some spent a few coveted minutes watching a movie, and some slept!
