Sadly, our time together in Belgium ended much too quickly. Jon, Jas, Chloe, August and Jonah got on a flight back to the good ‘ol’ USA while John and I took a three hour train ride to Luxembourg (a new country for both of us) for some R&R! We bid adieu at the airport!
Jonah pulled his pants up just like dear ol’ Daddy!
Jonathan’s seat was right next to Chloe and August as well as Jason and Jonah! (Good luck Jon!) Safe travels everyone!
After a RELAXING (but much too quiet) ride we arrived at the Luxembourg train station. It was beautiful.
We stopped for lunch at a nearby cafe and had the best pizza (since our time in Italy) while we waited to get into our Airbnb.
We got our notification that it was time to check-in, so we walked a couple of blocks from the restaurant to our cute little Airbnb! And I’m happy to report, it has minimal stairs! Once we unpacked we left to explore! We found a Catholic Church close by for church tomorrow!
We liked the feel of Luxembourg! FREE public transportation is available to everyone and it seemed really easy to navigate. (We’ll find out for sure tomorrow!) We enjoyed just walking around and watching the people!
We were still full from our late lunch so John grabbed a strudel and I grabbed a warm pretzel and we sat and we watched! Ahhhh!
