ST.ANDREWS GOLF CLUB, FIFE, SCOTLAND!
Because the forecast was cool but clear today, we chose to take a train to Cupar, Scotland and then a bus to Fife, Scotland, home of the infamous St. Andrew’s Golf Club. The train station looked like any train station, except a man walked by wearing a kilt, reminding us that we were, indeed, in SCOTLAND! We were sold on Scotland cuz Scotland was sold on us (older people)! This sticker was prominently displayed on every car of every train we saw! Our train arrived in Cupar where we then had to wait for the bus to arrive. Two VERY SCOTTISH gentlemen were waiting as well and, man oh man, did we have a lively conversation with them! I understood roughly about 35% of the words that came out of their mouths as their Scottish brogue was soooo thick! We all laughed so hard we just had to get a photo together! The bus dropped us off and there stood St, Andrew’s Old Course (the oldest course in THE WORLD), in all of its’ glory! We decided lunch at the Jigger Inn sounded good and...
