LUXEMBOURG DAY ONE!
We woke up this morning to a text that our tiny travelers made it back to the USA! We got ready and headed out for 9:00AM mass. Loved the architecture in Luxembourg and how they sucked up the garbage from their awesome looking trash receptacles! (It’s the little things, ya know!) We got to the church only to find out mass was not until 9:45! (Ooops!) So we walked around the corner and enjoyed a coffee before heading back to the church. Not only was the service in French, but it was a high mass. (You owe me BIG TIME, Dieds!) After mass we walked to a nearby restaurant for a delightful breakfast where we decided to take the free tram to the City Tour bus stop. We bought tickets and set out to see the sights of the city! We drove past the Gëlle Fra (Luxembourgish for “Golden Lady”), an iconic, gold-plated bronze statue located in Place de la Constitution in Luxembourg City.
